How to create an account?
 

To register, please contact Splice Software at: 403-720-8326.

 

Government Regulations
 

Government Regulated call times are as follows:
   Weekdays from 9:00am to 9:00pm
   Weekends from 10:00am to 6:00pm

   United Kindom: OFCOM

 

Accepted Message File Format?
 

Our system accepts the following sound formats:
   Wave (*.wav)
   GSM (*.gsm)
   MPEG (*.mp3)

 

Accepted Recipients File Format?
 

Our system accepts the following file formats:
   Plain Text (*.txt)
   Comma Separated Values (*.csv)

In the file, list each recipient on a separate line. For example:
   4037203826
   4036485222
   4036485200

In the event a number has no area code, the default area code will be used. If no default area code was given, those numbers will be ignored.

 

How to change my Caller ID display?
 

Due to security reasons, if you wish to send campaigns using a different Caller ID number, you would need to contact us first.
